Betsy’s No Garlic Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs. ground turkey
  • 5 tsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 4 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp ground sage
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp chili powder*
  • ½ tsp leaf thyme
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • olive oil for frying

Directions:
  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended.
  2. Scoop enough to roll 1½ inch meatballs in the hand, then flatten and place into heated oil in a skillet. 
  3. Fry on medium heat until golden on both sides.
  4. Place on paper towels to drain the excess oil and serve. 
These are GREAT for Betsy’s No Garlic Bodacious Biscuits and Groovy Gravy!

* May contain garlic. Choose your product wisely.
