Becca’s Moist, Scrumptious Banana Bread

Ingredients:
  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 4 c organic flour
  • 1 c organic coconut sugar
  • ½ c butter, softened
  • 1 c milk (or milk substitute)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbs white vinegar
  • 1 Tbs vanilla
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F, and grease 2 bread loaf pans.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the vinegar into a 1 c measuring cup then add milk until the cup is full. Set aside.
  4. Add the flour, sugar, butter, milk with vinegar, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the bowl and mix until well blended. 
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bread loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 55 minutes or until no longer raw in the center. 

Delicious Additions:
  • Almond extract
  • Brandy extract
  • Chocolate chips
  • Chopped nuts
  • Cinnamon
  • Maple syrup
  • Nutella
