Betsy’s No Garlic Grilled Steak with Herbed Gorgonzola Butter

Ingredients:
  • 1 well marbled steak (cut of your choice), marinated in Becca's No Garlic Steak Marinade
  • ½ c Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ c butter, softened
  • ½ tsp onion, minced
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pepper (to taste)
  • chopped parsley (optional)

Directions:
  1. Thoroughly blend the Gorgonzola cheese, butter, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley (optional) in a bowl.
  2. Grill the steak for about 5+ minutes, then turn over. 
  3. Dollop the herbed Gorgonzola butter over grilled steak and heat until melted (about another 5+ minutes) or until the desired temperature is reached.
  4. Enjoy! 

Creative considerations:
  • Dollop the herbed butter over chicken or roasted potatoes.
