Betsy’s No Garlic Gorgonzola (Blue Cheese) Dressing

Ingredients:
  • ½ c Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled (or Roquefort cheese)
  • ½ c sour cream
  • ¼ c organic Half & Half (added 1 Tbs at a time)
  • 2 Tbs dried buttermilk powder
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
  1. In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, buttermilk powder, crumbled cheese, onion powder, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir in Half & Half 1 Tbs at a time until the desired consistency is reached (about ¼ c total, or 4 Tbs).
  3. Taste and adjust flavors if desired.
